Record in Cancun with flights from 70 foreign cities and 17 Mexican ones

Cancun broke records this Saturday as one of the largest airports connected in the world from foreign cities, with 70 in total, to which it is possible to join links from 17 other Mexican terminals, according to data from Airports of the Southeast (ASUR) to which it had access REPORTUR.mx.

These 70 international destinations are Amsterdam, Atlanta, Atlantic City, Austin, Baltimore, Bogotá, Boston, Buenos Aires, Calgary, Cali, Caracas, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Copenhagen, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Edmonton, Istanbul , Philadelphia, Flores, Frankfurt, Guatemala, Halifax, Hartford, Helsinki, Holguin, Houston, Indianapolis and Kansas.

Also Havana, Las Vegas, Lima, Lisbon, Los Angeles, Madrid, Manchester, Miami, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Montreal, Moscow, Nashville, New Orleans, New York, Orlando, Ottawa, Panama, Paris, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, Quebec, Raleigh, Sacramento, Salt Lake, San Francisco, San Jose, San Luis, Santa Clara, Seattle, Tampa, Toronto, Vancouver, Washington, Winnipeg and Zurich.

The 17 connections to Cancun from Mexican airports were from Aguascalientes, Bajío, Chihuahua, Ciudad Juárez, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Mexicali, Monterrey, Oaxaca, Puebla, Querétaro, Reynosa, San Luis Potosí, Tijuana, Torreón, Tuxtla and Veracruz (Cancun is 11 flights short of its March 2018 record).
